Terms of Service

By using Tratto you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

Tratto is a SaaS platform for sending transactional email, marketing campaigns, and automation flows. The service is provided via REST API and web dashboard.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may only use Tratto to send email to recipients who have given explicit consent to receive it. You must comply with GDPR, the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable anti-spam regulations.

Prohibited uses include: spam, phishing, illegal content, unsolicited commercial email, bulk sending to purchased lists, and attempts to circumvent rate limits or abuse filters. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

We aim to provide high availability, but we offer no guaranteed SLA during the beta period. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Tratto is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost revenue arising from use or inability to use the service. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 3 months.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of Milan.
