Waitlist privacy

We collect your email address to notify you when Tratto becomes available and to send you the communications about the launch.

Data controller: Tratto (tratto.email)

Purpose: waitlist registration and product launch communications.

What we store when you sign up: your email address, the language of the page, the address of the page you signed up from (including any campaign parameters in it, such as utm_source), your browser's user agent, and the dates of signup and confirmation. We use the page address and the user agent to understand which pages bring signups and to spot abuse of the form. If you reserve a founding member spot, we also store your position in line, the terms of the offer you were shown and the address of the page you reserved from.

To limit abuse, we also keep a truncated hash of your IP address for one hour and a hash of your email address for one day. We do not store your IP address itself.

Retention: data is deleted on request or within 24 months of launch.

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by writing to [email protected].

Dashboard monitoring: when you use the dashboard at app.tratto.email, Sentry receives the technical details of any error, including your user id and email address, and records a sample of sessions if you accept analytics cookies. In those recordings text, form fields and images are masked. The data stays in Sentry's EU region.
