Monthly emails, custom domains, team members and AI template drafts (50 a month) count per account: they are shared by every workspace you own.

Scale includes a dedicated IP at no extra cost. We switch it on at your request once you send at least 3,000 emails a day: below that volume a dedicated IP can't build a sending reputation.

- Can I pay for a plan today?
- Not yet. Tratto is in private beta: invited accounts use the Free plan, 3,000 emails a month, and paid plans cannot be bought yet. This page will say when they can.
- Is the Free plan really free forever?
- Yes. Free is a plan, not a trial: 3,000 emails a month with no end date and no card on file. You move to a paid plan only if you choose to, when paid plans are available.
- What happens when I reach my monthly quota?
- Sending stops instead of costing more: the API answers 429 with the code QUOTA_EXCEEDED, and a running campaign pauses. There is no overage billing. Sending resumes when the counter resets at the start of the next month (UTC), or sooner on a plan with a higher quota.
- How are emails counted?
- Each recipient (to, cc or bcc) counts as one email. An address repeated in the same email counts once, whatever its case. An email to one person with two people in cc uses 3. Campaigns and flows send one email per contact, so there each contact is one email.
- Are the monthly quota and the domains counted per workspace or per account?
- Per account. The monthly emails, the custom domains and the team members of your plan are shared by every workspace you own. A person in several workspaces counts once.
- Is there a limit on contacts?
- No. Contacts are unlimited on every plan; plans differ by emails per month, domains, workspaces and team members.
- Do test emails count against my quota?
- No. Emails sent with a test key (tratto_test_) go through the whole pipeline but are not delivered and do not consume the monthly quota. They have their own cap of 100 emails a day.
- Are prices monthly, and do they include VAT?
- Prices are monthly, in euros, VAT excluded. There are no annual plans yet.
